REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, business concentration preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of Business-to-Business, outside sales experience
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in print, promotional products, fulfillment, marketing services, and/or advertising industries advantageous

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative, you’ll oversee existing client accounts while spearheading the acquisition of new business ventures. This entails conducting both in-person and remote sales outreach to showcase and sell Impact Solutions’ suite of products and services. Collaborating closely with our sales support team and manager, you’ll be instrumental in meeting client requirements, fostering growth, and fortifying relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE AT IMPACT SOLUTIONS:

  • Provide exemplary service and support to existing clients
  • Cultivate and expand business with current clientele
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Conduct off-site sales visits with current and potential clients
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain client profiles and generate weekly activity reports
  • Leverage educational and industry resources to enhance performance
