The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading your territory to achieve target by going the extra mile.
  • Implementing Solventum solutions to achieve better patient outcomes.
  • Determining which strategies to apply to get the buy in for best practices in hospital environment
  • Supporting the nurses and surgeons at all times with patient focus, product training and being in theatre and manage units.
  • Willingness to be on-call and ensuring best patient outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with various stake holders throughout the hospital.

Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of two years working experience within a sales environment in a medical field.

OR

  • Tertiary qualification (diploma/degree)– Marketing, Medical field, BSc, Medical Technology

Responsibilities:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of two years working experience within a sales environment in a medical field

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing from an accredited institution
  • Qualification in Advanced Wound care.
  • Two years’ experience in a private hospital environment.
  • Strong Selling Skills.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
