Global Water Solutions (GWS) is seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative – Middle East to join our new and committed workforce in Dubai with the aim of increasing and positioning the Middle East region as one of the most profitable and innovative in the water market landscape. The Sales Representative – Middle East will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our Water Movement and Water Enhancement Products, particularly focusing on our multi-function taps and related product lines. This position is based in our office in Dubai and will report to the Commercial Manager – Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:

The position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Commercial Manager – Middle East on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Business development in given areas: Work with full portfolio of GWS products, finding new businesses in UAE and Saudi Arabia and neighbouring countries;
  • Business travel: where needed, including abroad (new customers visits, exhibitions)
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the sales budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.

Your Attributes:

  • University/college degree in Business Administration or similar;
  • Minimum 2/3 years of proven experience in sales and business development;
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in autonomy where needed;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (fluent in Arabic and English);
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with a combination of strong analytic mindset and keen interest in lead generation;
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics;
  • Previous experience in the Water Industry and/or similar would be an advantage

Your Recruiting Experience:
