In this role, you will play a pivotal part in selling amenities solutions to hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of toiletries and amenities in the context of the hospitality sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide customised solutions to meet their toiletry and amenities requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in toiletries and amenities within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offerings and how they align with client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards affecting the hospitality sector.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
