About Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding The Missing Sock’s client base, by selling our products to Schools located in South Florida, USA. You will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from lead generation and initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. This role is performance-driven, meaning how well you sell directly impacts how much money you earn, making it ideal if you want to be in the driver’s seat of your career.
You will work closely with the Sales Department to identify new sales opportunities and ensure that all sales processes and best practices are followed.

Tasks

As a Sales Representative, these are your top responsibilities:

  • Analyze market potential, research and seek new business opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify leads, keep the client database up-to-date in TMS CRM.
  • Create or improve sales pitch and materials, collaborate with marketing team.
  • Outreach to prospects, make 100 contacts per month and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Interact with customers, identify their needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Negotiate and close deals, meet monthly sales quota.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and participate in company meetings.
  • Hand off new accounts to KAM and update TMS CRM accordingly.
  • Continuously improve prospecting strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
