The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and will focus on solution-based outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a personal way. Often tasked with having sensitive and personal conversations, the sales representative must be empathetic, personable and professional. Your experience in working in a fast-paced environment, will allow you to handle multiple tasks at any given time.

• Action all WARM inbound leads
• Active pipeline management
• Qualify leads for appropriate model of care
• Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM
• Update and maintain CRM with all leads
• Engage with consumers, family members and/or representatives with empathy and understanding
• Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package
• Be focused on commercial outcomes
