Join Trend Windows and Doors Cardiff as a Sales Rep, developing new business opportunities with architects, homeowners and builders when looking for windows and doors solutions for their new build or renovation project within the Hunter and Central Coast region. A key player in our sales team, you will represent our commitment to innovation in the building products industry, you will be confident, able to naturally engage and build rapport and contribute to the sustainable profitable growth of Trend Windows and Doors.
In addition, you’ll:
- develop product and industry knowledge
- strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
- provide technical and design consultation to customers to gain specifications
- interpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projects
- preparation of quotations and presentations, placement of orders
- Undertake plan take-offs and support the estimating function
- preparing selling activity reports
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for experience within the building industry along with technical aptitude to understand our products. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to work through and problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills are critical to this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results focused sales hunter with a strong service ethos. You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets.
As well as:
- experience in an architectural/specification sales environment
- windows and doors knowledge highly advantageous
- solutions selling capability
- team collaboration and the ability to manage work independently
- proficient in MS Office, CRM/Salesforce, and V6 software
