The Sales Specialist role is at the foundation of our success, creating authentic customer connections, sharing product expertise and delivering seamless online and offline experiences.
We are looking for passionate customer focussed Sales Specialists with an interest in furniture and design to provide exceptional service experiences across the Australian market. If this sounds like you, we want you on our team!
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and build trust with our customers to create lasting relationships that support their current and future needs.
- Deliver exceptional service experiences that guide our customers journey digitally and in person at each touchpoint.
- Be a product storyteller by sharing how Castlery makes luxury accessible through our use of materials, construction and product USP’s.
- Recommend our design-focused Interior Styling Services tailored to inspire and bring our customers vision to life.
- Collaborate with our showroom and global Customer Experience teams and provide customer feedback and insights to our business partners locally and in our Singapore Head Office.
- Contribute to the operational and visual requirements of running a showroom.
