Description:

We are in search of a proactive Sales Specialist for our Digital Processes department. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals that contribute to our growth. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll promote our state-of-the-art digitalization services and software development, guiding clients through a digital transformation that delivers strategic value.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in technology, digital services, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and modern software development practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas convincingly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to generate added value for both the client and the company.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant sales or technology certifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our digitalization services can provide strategic solutions.
  • Solution Customization: Work closely with clients to tailor processes and solutions that align with their corporate culture and technological needs, including Microsoft Power Platform and Open Stack developments.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies that exploit the potential of digitalization, emphasizing AI application and the modernization of application and process landscapes.
  • Deal Closure: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, using a deep understanding of the client’s needs to offer compelling, user-oriented digital processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for digital transformation and AI empowerment.
