THE CLIENT
Our client is a market-leading health and insurance brand, a company that continues to thrive at the top end of the private medical insurance market.
A well-respected arm of a larger Mutual, our client looks after the needs of over 50,000 health care practitioners, students and their families.
The Role
This is an opportunity for you to play a key role within our client’s sales team, to proactively sell private health insurance over the phone to our client’s new customers in the medical community, by managing warm leads through inbound and outbound channels. This role will utilise both your sales acumen and your “premium” customer service experience.
Key accountabilities include:
- Achieving sales growth and campaign targets
- Driving proactive retention of our current membership through outbound calls
- Providing exceptional service with the goal of superior member satisfaction
- Supporting doctors and their families to join our clients health fund by taking inbound calls and making outbound calls throughout the year
About you:
- A friendly and approachable personality and a ‘can do’ attitude;
- Previous experience in a sales focused role (Financial Services/Insurance will be highly regarded)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- An underlying passion for insurance and the overarching medical/health profession
- An aptitude to learn with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
