Canadian Hearing Services has an opening for a Bilingual Inside Sales professional (Communication Device Specialist), who will be responsible for selling a mix of assisted listening, communication, and accessibility solutions within the education Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K-12) sector with a focus on francophone accounts.
Reporting to the Director, National Accounts, this role will serve as CHS’ primary point of contact to oversee CHS’ educational sales program, including managing existing French schoolboard accounts. The successful candidate will also work closely with other members of the sales team to drive and support the development of new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support. You are passionate about accessibility and how technology solutions and community-based services can empower Deaf and hard of hearing Canadians to overcome barriers to participation in the classroom.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in sales, combined with strong customer service, organizational and presentation skills, as well as fluency in English and French in both spoken and written communications. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to work independently, learn quickly, take initiative, and handle a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, is required.
