Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Salesforce domain by leveraging outbound and inbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the US.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Ability or willingness to understand potential clients’ requirements and challenges, aligning our Salesforce solutions and consulting services to their business goals.
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Salesforce solutions, articulating the value proposition clearly and effectively to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Salesforce consulting team to ensure proposed solutions accurately address client needs and support achieving their strategic objectives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast to track client engagement and sales progress.
  • Contract Negotiation: To lead negotiation processes, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and our company and facilitate the successful closing of deals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field with a passion for selling.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM platforms, though optional.
  • Prior sales experience in the US is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
