Sales Specification Executive (Building Material)

We are currently looking for a Sales Specification Executive (Building Material) for a European MNC that provides building material services & products. This position requires your urgent attention.

duties and responsibility:

• Meet with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and related stakeholders to promote the use of company products in their projects.
• Maintain thorough documentation including project records, customer data files, and daily visit reports.
• Take charge of building a project pipeline to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and pursue opportunities with potential customers, while also supporting distributors in boosting sales and enhancing customer service.

skill/experience:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will be an advantage.
• Result-orientated.
