The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Lead within our Mobile Experience (MX) business unit to directs the commercial investments that drive sales effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales planning.
These include strategic promotional planning, project management & supply chain planning. Crucially the role fosters close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous growth and success against set account objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
What you will do

In this role, you will be you be responsible for the commercial strategic & planning functions within the B2C sales e including:

  • Willingness to partner closely with the B2C Sales team to drive change and challenge the status quo
  • Joint Accountability with the Open Sales & Operations Manager for Sales Volume, Revenue, Inventory Management & Profit targets
  • Developing an operating rhythm that supports a high performing and healthy sales account team
  • Envisioning, planning, and executing strategies for growing all aspects of Samsung’s business with our Account Partner
  • Building strong, productive relationships at all levels with our Account Partner to foster innovation and achievement of set joint objectives
  • Collaborating proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional and HQ stakeholders to communicate local market and accounts trends, threats and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to encourage One Samsung mindset to drive shared goals across business units within the MX division

Skills and Qualifications

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or equivalent required
  • 5-7 years of sales strategy/operations or analyst experience with a proven track record in delivering sales and strong commercial acumen
  • Experience with forecasting while understanding full P&L
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for growth and innovation
  • Able to develop and communicate a powerful strategic vision, connect stakeholders with Samsung’s vision, and inspire to achieve joint partnership objectives

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
