In this role, you will contribute to the success of the team by providing on-the-floor leadership, coaching and in-chat sales demonstrations as needed. This position requires a high level of sales skills & the ability to transfer those skills through training and development of their sales consultants.

  • Develop, train, and supervise a team of Business Consultants to achieve sales (new acquisition), production and quality goals.
  • Drive daily sales activity & revenue through innovative leadership.
  • Sustain a high-level of motivation & engagement.
  • Collaborate with all levels of leadership.
  • Understand all aspects of sales reporting and tracking.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the team area.
  • Support agents with escalated chats and/or issues.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an environment that promotes recognition and reward of excellent performance.
  • Manage the daily activities (payroll, schedules, etc.) of consultants.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive plans that lead to sales success.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must thrive working in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and hyper-growth environment.
  • Works to achieve/exceed all goals, targets, and objectives with consideration to efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Background in a technology or digital marketing company preferred.
