  Are you looking for a role that will keep you on your toes?
  Our client is seeking a dedicated, organised and enthusiastic individual with the skills to represent their business across Dairy & Beverage Food Packaging.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Daily interactions with customers
• Managing administrative processes and procedures linked to customer interface.
• Ensuring customer needs are met either directly or indirectly.
• Liaising with various departments like operations, technical, distribution, and purchasing/planning.
• Support the sales team, process customer orders, complete administrative activities, manage quality complaints, provide customer market feedback and perform other tasks required by Account Managers, QSE Managers, Sales Manager, and Business Unit Manager.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE:

• Sales Support experience in an industrial or B2B environment Sales Support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Administrative processing, manufacturing, SAP software and Microsoft suit and especially excel.
• Available to work Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
• Proactive communicator
• Good problem solver
• Good phone manner
