POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Administrator (Reports) will work to improve efficiency and productivity across our sales team, by focusing on the creation of customer reports, analytics and process improvement. The majority of the work focuses on the creation and delivery of customer reports. The person in this role will be integral in producing consistent, timely and accurate reports to support customer needs, while actively contributing on the internal sales channel! This position will have a term of 6 months. An extension beyond the initial 6 months is possible, but is not guaranteed.
Along with their Manager, the person in this position will work directly with members of different business units within the organization. This includes but is not limited to the following departments:
- Sales
- Operations
- Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Use analysis techniques to produce reports and outline data
- Develop and maintenance of our reporting templates and dashboards
- Timely and consistent delivery of reports to our external clients
- Analyze and visualize data in areas such as clinical outcomes and user experience, summarizing data into useful insights
- Consistently approach work with the goal of increasing efficiency, looking for opportunities to redesign and improve processes
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting
- Data entry (setting up new clients, population updates, terminations, activity tracking)
- Running Reports and reviewing for accuracy
- Responding to customer requests
- Responsible for keeping up to date with assigned clients
- Building positive relationships with assigned clients
- Internal liaising to ensure project completion
- Support account management team with client administration
- Optimize processes for data intake, validation, visualization and communication deliverables
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.
- Tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
- Ensure quality controls that have been implemented are met and up to departmental standards
