Purpose:
Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Ottawa or Markham (Hybrid role)
Reports to: Senior Director, Specialty

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance manager to create and maintain sales reports
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and funding payments
  • Subject matter expert for Pronto (ERP) as it relates to Specialty and setting up new accounts
  • Coordinate new stocked items and inventory requests and maintain equipment inventory tracker
  • Communicate with purchasing on status of purchase orders and all vendor issues
  • SalesForce (CRM) data mining to drive business insights
  • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
  • Maintain SharePoint files
  • Execute prospecting and referral program eblast campaigns
  • Lead competitive environment assessments
  • Support the creation of sales documents and presentations to help the sales team with prospecting opportunities
  • Execute social media strategy
  • Arrange meetings and events as needed
  • Roles and responsibilities can be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet corporate objectives
  • Hybrid role, 2 days / week in offic
