Purpose:
Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Ottawa or Markham (Hybrid role)
Reports to: Senior Director, Specialty

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance manager to create and maintain sales reports
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and funding payments
- Subject matter expert for Pronto (ERP) as it relates to Specialty and setting up new accounts
- Coordinate new stocked items and inventory requests and maintain equipment inventory tracker
- Communicate with purchasing on status of purchase orders and all vendor issues
- SalesForce (CRM) data mining to drive business insights
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
- Maintain SharePoint files
- Execute prospecting and referral program eblast campaigns
- Lead competitive environment assessments
- Support the creation of sales documents and presentations to help the sales team with prospecting opportunities
- Execute social media strategy
- Arrange meetings and events as needed
- Roles and responsibilities can be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet corporate objectives
- Hybrid role, 2 days / week in offic
