Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers on coordination of client’s requirements for their events and follow-up with Banquet Event Orders.
  • Responsible for distribution of outgoing correspondences, internal memorandums, change sheets and Banquet Event Orders.
  • Prepare for Daily Events, 11-Day Forecast and Monthly Forecast.
  • Assist in general administration support for catering sales office.
  • Stock check and control of events operating materials and equipment in office.
  • Other duties which may be assigned from time to time
