Description:

It is an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for an energetic Sales Support, Export Market to join our team in San Marino.
To provide a single point of contact for IFF’s customers effectively managing the liaison on all issues relating to existing Leagel business.
The desired candidate will report directly to the Sales Office Manager and will be responsible for giving support to the sales staff working directly in the foreign market (mainly EU area).

Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Entering customer master data
  • Checking and sending offers and related updating of contracts
  • Validation and control and sometimes order entry
  • Export area document management (certificates, declarations, T2-EUR1 issue, data sheets and any other specifics per market area)
  • Coordination with logistics, pickups departures

REQUIREMENTS:

The desired employee must have previous experience of at least 1 year in a Sales Support role. Fluency in English and German is required (knowledge of a third language including French and Serbian/Croatian will be considered a plus). In addition, experience with Zucchetti’s Adhoc management software is preferred.
Accuracy, dynamism and listening skills will be strongly appreciated for the role.
The company offers a direct placement contract with salary and duration commensurate with the profile and skills.
