REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agricultural expert diploma / degree in agronomy
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical assistance and plant nutrition sector, technical means in agriculture sector (phytopharmaceutical fertilizers)
  • Agronomic knowledge of the main crops in the world, both plant and herbaceous, with a particular focus on plant nutrition
  • Very good communication skills - fluency in Italian, English, and preferably in a 3rd language (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Organizational skills, empathy, team player
  • Availability to travel abroad
  • Driving license ‘B’

Responsibilities:

  • Technical and promotional activity on customers, distributors and branches.
  • Training activities on customers.
  • Organization and management of trials and demo tests.
  • Preparation and management of technical-promotional meetings.
  • Preparation and management of the launch/support campaign for new products.
  • Participation in trade fairs and events in the sector of the countries of interest.
