Are you passionate about sales and looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Galderma is now looking for a Sales Support Superstar. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of the consumer business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of sales activities, including order processing, inventory management and logistics.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Provide crucial administrative and operational support to the Head of Pharmacy and Head of Gracey also including National Business Managers, Key Account Managers and wider sales team when needed.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of sales teams, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Assist in managing customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance, ensuring clarity and adherence to.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making and sales strategies.
- Generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and sales targets, providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with financial processes, including budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal standards in all sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the consumer and prescription market is a plus.
