Are you passionate about sales and looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Galderma is now looking for a Sales Support Superstar. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of the consumer business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of sales activities, including order processing, inventory management and logistics.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Provide crucial administrative and operational support to the Head of Pharmacy and Head of Gracey also including National Business Managers, Key Account Managers and wider sales team when needed.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of sales teams, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Assist in managing customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance, ensuring clarity and adherence to.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and sales targets, providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial processes, including budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal standards in all sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the consumer and prescription market is a plus.
