Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive proactive engagement with our merchant partners.
- Execute on sales activities, aligned them with the team’s growth objectives.
- Liaising and working closely with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes.
- Manage client queries in relation to humm products and services to further build business relationships.
- Identify opportunities within our partner base to grow our market share and expand business opportunities.
- Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences.

- Passionate about customer experience and love talking to people.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A track record of phone-based roles
- Exposure to CRM and Microsoft suite
- Strong relationship builder; account management skills a bonus
- Strong service ethos and great customer engagement
- Experience dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest free products is a bonus, but not essential.
