Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive proactive engagement with our merchant partners.
  • Execute on sales activities, aligned them with the team’s growth objectives.
  • Liaising and working closely with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes.
  • Manage client queries in relation to humm products and services to further build business relationships.
  • Identify opportunities within our partner base to grow our market share and expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences.

  • Passionate about customer experience and love talking to people.
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A track record of phone-based roles
  • Exposure to CRM and Microsoft suite
  • Strong relationship builder; account management skills a bonus
  • Strong service ethos and great customer engagement
  • Experience dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest free products is a bonus, but not essential.
