As a Sales Support Intern you’ll be responsible for assisting with supporting our distribution partners and the sales efforts of the Key Account Managers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Confidence in relaying the Signify messaging around processes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Willingness to learn the basics of lighting
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Contact Signify distributors to review purchase orders and convey our ordering policies.
  • Liaison between the Order Entry and Order Management teams and the Sales teams.
  • Support the Key Account Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Provide input and customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
