Responsibilities:
In the role of Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator, you will be working closely with a successful Sales team, in which responsibilities include:
- Preparing listing presentations, sales proposals and agency agreements
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Organising property marketing and advertising
- Arranging pre-settlement inspections, open homes, and auctions
- Diary, email and appointment management
- High volume administrative duties for current listings
- Database management and updating client records
- Attending appointments such as photoshoots, listing appointments etc
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator will have:
- Previous real estate experience, ideally in an administration/sales support role
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong administrative skills with great time management
- Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker
- Knowledge of the Inner West preferre
