QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years in managing Sales quotation, tenders, etc.
  • Knowledge of Supply chain would be added advantageKnowledge of Commercial vehicles and machineries product would be added advantage

  • Administration and Management:- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work:- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish team work
  • Time Management — Managing one’s own time and the time of others
  • Mathematics — Using mathematics to analyze and recommend the solutions
  • Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Proficient in using MS office. Working knowledge in CRM system would be preferred

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Support sales team in preparing sales related documentation, quotation, tender and bodyfitment related queries and communication. Manage supply chain of the vehicle by preparing purchage orders, customs clearance, managing yard and delivery of vehicle to customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare sales quotation ensuring correct prices, discounts and product specification, etc. as per agreed terms and get it approved by respective BDMs, or Sales Manager
  • Handle walk in customer or inbound sales enquiries and pass it to respective sales team or manager with required details and make follow up to ensue each and every enquiries are entertained
  • Prepare Govt related tenders after consulting with BDMs/Sales manager ensuring right product specification and upload to E-government portal. Keep follow up and update to manager
  • Follow E-government portals on regular basis to check if there are any RFP, and inform to respective BDM or Sales Manager for tender preparation
  • Manage complete communication with bodybuilders in relation to obtaining price trailers, or any other bodybuilding works, Follow up on oders to ensure delivery on time
  • Prepare purchase orders as per purchase plan, sales forecasting, company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
  • Monitor logistics activities of Vehicles following proper procedures as per company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data record systems electronically/physically in an orderly and simple manner
  • Review sales deal documents and invoice while ensuring complete documentation
  • Follow up with bankers concerning PO and handing over deal`s documents and update sales teams
  • Follow up with customer to complete documentation requirement for export deals
  • Prepare and submit reports on No. of quotations, consolidate lost deals and it reason for manager to analyse
  • Collate market information from Sales Team and submit to Manager for further review
  • Prepare principals related monthly report and submit to respective manager
  • Develop and implement clear KPIs for sales support functions to ensure clear communication of deliverables as well as the development and engagement of staffs
  • Comply with the company QMS requirements
