About the Role
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies and for liaising with regulators with regard to regulatory compliance
• Translate regulatory obligations into business solutions such as policies, procedures, tools, checklists, and trainings• Coordinate gap assessment for new regulations and oversee the implementation plans to close gaps• Identify, assess and advise management of the risk and potential for breaches of regulatory and other obligations• Investigate and assist in developing remedial actions for breaches, oversee remedial actions and validate implementation• Liaise with regulators and industry peers on risk and compliance related matters• Monitor business impact of regulatory engagements and coordinate regulatory examinations
