Sales Support/ Sales Analyst (m/w/d)
Your role:
As Sales Support/ Sales Analyst at Mabanaft, you will be responsible for smooth operations of the online sales platform for our B2B fuel sales activities in the UK. You support the Account Managers with various tasks to ensure best service for our clients, and you lead sales campaigns. The skills you will acquire will perfectly qualify you to develop into Sales or Commodity Trading Roles in the next job rotation.

What you will do:

  • e-Commerce activities: You are the prime focal point for our e-Commerce B2B Business in the UK, are responsible for order tracking in the systems and correspondent trading & supply tasks (hedges, loading slot provisioning at terminals etc).
  • Sales Support Optimization: You work on automation and process flows of order acceptance, hedging, credit checks etc. together with the IT department You work together with the account managers on their commercial accountabilities and help them prepare customer engagements, business tenders etc.
  • Internal Interface: You work in close collaboration with Trading and Supply, Risk and Credit organizations to ensure smooth running processes and information flow. You work in an international environment where most of your contacts are located either in the UK or in Germany.
  • External Interface: You are in contact with our customers and freight forwarders for operational tasks and various commercial matters.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: You have experience in administration and/ or sales roles. We are open to senior candidates with longer experience as well as junior / entry-level candidates, and will tailor the role accordingly.
  • IT Skills: You show strong IT proficiency, confident to work with ERP and e-Commerce systems.
  • Sales Acumen: With your winning attitude and strong negotiating skills, you demonstrate commercial thinking, build networks and approach business partners openly.
  • Language: English language skills is essential; proficiency in German is desirable.
  • Employment eligibility: Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the UK (documentation will be requested during the interview process).
