JOB DESCRIPTION
This role supports the Pelco and Avigilon international sales team in the roll-out of KPIs, tools and programs to support salesforce effectiveness. Activities include intelligence reporting, sales KPIs, forecasting process, sales activity tracking and reporting, sales marketing actions processing and tracking, lead generation coordination, sales administration, review and report sales capital expenditures.
The position will also provide the sales leadership team with the relevant dashboard to monitor the sales activity and performance. This role will need to be instrumental in gathering and supporting key performance metrics and developing teamwork in an effort to improve customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Specialist - EMEA will need to work closely with other departments to provide communication of current processes and value added information.
As a Sales Support Specialist - EMEA, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Consolidate and track periodically sales key performance indicators for reporting purposes. This includes new business, pipeline health, orders, revenues, margin performance, etc.
2. Track and consolidate the weekly, monthly and Quarterly forecast process, including details on key orders, opportunities status, stock availability, credit issues, and lead times.
3. Screen and consolidate weekly sales activity; such as weekly visits, mix of End Users/partners, pipeline creation.
4. Monitor the integrity of SF.com, report disruptions and propose actions to address gaps.
5. Collect, market, track and follow up with actions demands, and direct them, as per the rules in place, towards International Sales VP if less than 2k USD and to Marketing team when greater than 2K USD.
6. Maintain and manage an accurate list that is continuously updated with the details, equipment and locations of the International Sales team.
7. Assist the International Sales VP in their day to day tasks.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales support, deal registration, regional partner/channel programs, channel operations, deal desk or related sales role(s)
- Knowledge of channel/partner sales and account management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS environment
- Understanding of sales process deal registration at technology, software or services company
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and dispute-resolution abilities
- Can do attitude and strong time management skills
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel is required
- Ability to support the business in different time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the dominant language of the region
