Customer Sales Support

We are looking for a new colleague to expand our Customer Sales Support Team in Prague.
Your main responsibilities, among other tasks, will be:
- Handle incoming email requests from new and potential customers
- Working with private individuals as well as companies
- Distributing incoming emails among assigned sales, technical, and marketing support teams
- Process online quote requests
- Helping customers with subscription renewals, purchases, licensing issues
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain current knowledge of product line, prices, and various promotions
Required attributes are:
- Sales support experience and working with customers is a must
- Fluent English – both written and verbal
- Pleasant communication with customers via email and phone
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and tools
