Description:
The Sales Support Specialists´ goal is to functionally support and assists our Field Sales Manager team in order to guarantee an optimal support for our travel agency and key account partners.
- Touristic apprenticeship and\/ or university degree with focus on tourism.
- High personal flexibility and self-initiative.
- Distinctive sales mentality and economic thinking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent German and English.
- Provides support and assists field sales managers.
- Handles and coordinates group orders and contracts.
- Checks, releases and supports with catalogue adverts and newsletters of retail partners.
- Checks and releases with partner websites, marketing promotions, budgets and results.
- Handles complaints and goodwill inquiries of retail partners.
- Supports OTA partners with topics as MSC book booking tool, XML and flat files.
- Supports the organisation of travel agency trade fairs.
