Sales Support Specialist (Temporary)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Sales role or industry, logistic background is an advantage
• Proficiency in English both in writing and speaking
• Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency
• Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position
• Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standard

• Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
• Support Sales team in managing and analyzing and manage customer inquiry and quotation
• Checking on quotation or rate template accept by customer
• Maintaining QuoteShop data quality and administration
• Support Sales on qualifying potential new customer and assigned qualified potential new customer to the Sales Team.
• Driving sales priorities that may be assigned periodically by Head of Sales Operation
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.
