JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the team, you would have the chance to support the Plant Components Services Sales Specialists & Services Sales Managers that are locally based within the EMEA markets.
Supporting the network of sales managers by coordinating enquiries, creating cost-ups and quotations, and supporting them technically, across EMEA region. In preparation for this role, you would complete a structured training program and would travel to various Tetra Pak and customer sites.
We have a network of salespeople locally in the markets that will effectively constitute our internal customers. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Support Manager EMEA for Plant Components.
The location of our new colleague is available in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of the Market Operational Plan and deployment activities related to this plan for several markets in EMEA.
- To coordinate enquiries, creating cost-ups and quotations for Plant Component products in our Tetra Pak Services Team using agreed pricing and tools, & setting pricing if necessary.
- Working closely with the Services Sales Specialists &Services Sales Managers across EMEA, who are the primary customer interface.
- Pro-actively support the markets and customers with presentations of our portfolio, including sustainable solutions and obsolescence components.
- Facilitate the local dialogue with key suppliers to secure active collaboration through business and action plans.
- To provide colleagues in the markets with technical support for the Plant Component products, including responding to technical queries from customers & the market contacts, using tools, manuals, internal contacts, Global Suppliers, and own experiences.
- Create item lists from ‘Piping and Instrument Diagram’ and suggest possible alternative solutions, select products, provide accurate and necessary information for customers and colleagues.
- To help markets maintain material master data relevant to Plant Components, including new material approving & price approving.
- Technically support in the request for new part number creation
- Technically support the markets during the order phase
- Administration and coordination of key claims, liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to arrive at conclusion.
