You will be in direct contact with our customers.You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks:Coaching the sales team (reinforcing their product knowledge and sales techniques)Growing the turnoverThe ability to encourage customer loyalty through your courtesy and relevant adviceHaving an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collectionsKeeping the brand image brightOn a day-to-day basis, your role involves :Your role as a link with the point-of-sale ManagerMotivating the sales team and sharing your expertise with themOffering our customers a personalised purchasing experienceKeeping the point of sale clean and tidy and the merchandising up to dateStock ManagementIn-depth knowledge of KPIs such as the sales index, the average basket, transformation rate and omnichannel salesYou will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to in your store and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.Profil recherchéYou need to :Have a prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environmentDemonstrate outstanding customer serviceShow strong styling and merchandising skillsBe a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personalityHave good communication skills both verbal and writtenBe dynamic and proactiveBe a team playerHave exceptional time management skillsba&sh is waiting for you!At ba&sh, we believe that diversity is a strength.
