  They are now seeking a talented Sales Team Leader to drive the performance of their Brisbane sales consultants.

As the Sales Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 7 Travel Consultants to achieve targets across sales, productivity and customer service
• Coach and develop the team through training, mentoring and feedback
• Embody the company’s values around quality, integrity and passion
• Ensure adherence to sales processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Onboarding of new starters will be a key part of your role, delivering training sessions and ensuring the learning is embedded effectively.
• Collaborate with sales managers to continuously improve performance

To be successful, you will need:

• Extensive B2C sales experience, ideally in travel or a related industry
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and get the best out of teams
• Exceptional coaching and people development skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences
