    We seek a Sales Team Member to join our client’s team and play a crucial role in promoting and selling scooters & mobility products. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing sales team calendars, assisting with expos and events, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is experience.
  • A current driver’s licence is essential, as well as a willingness to learn or the ability to drive a manual car.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Professional phone and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • High level of personal integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales and product inquiries via phone calls.
  • Coordinate equipment trials both internally and at customer locations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, concluding sales as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain contracts and foster long-term relationships.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and warranty records.
  • Manage product details in databases and allocate assets to clients.
  • Support the sales team during expos and events.
  • Maintain showroom displays and stock control.
  • Process stock purchase orders and undertake data entry tasks as required.
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations and perform other reasonable duties as needed.
