SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • MUST HAVE Automotive industry experience, preferably in the heavy vehicle or plant equipment sector
  • Technical product support experience
  • Commercial sales and key account management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of day-to-day business management
  • Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales & Technical Product Support Supervisor reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of a tight-knit team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic alliances with national dealers and resellers in both OEM and aftermarket sectors.

DUTIES

  • Cultivate robust customer relationships
  • Devise and execute strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs
  • Provide technical product support and training
  • Coordinate and execute product launches
  • Project manage contracts, ensuring optimal product positioning
  • Implement methods for generating new business opportunities
  • Expand and manage a client portfolio
  • Assist the internal sales team
  • Demonstrate strong skills in sales contract negotiation
