Description:
Your Role
As Salesforce Administrator (d/f/m), you play a central role in our system infrastructure and ensure that our Salesforce instance is continuously improved, catering to the needs of all key stakeholders and fully supporting our process automation. You work closely with experienced Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and Developers to maximize the business impact and technical viability of the platform.
Please apply for the position only if you are located in Berlin.
What do you exactly do?
- Managing and adjusting our system: You are responsible for the day-to-day management and operational adjustments of our Salesforce system, working hand in hand with a well-rounded technology team. You understand the importance of adequate documentation and prioritize the sustainability of your work results.
- Implementing new features: As a member of the Product and Technology team, you will be responsible for solutioning and implementing new requirements. You always keep an eye on the bigger picture and can manage conflicting requirements and their impact on LIQID’s Salesforce environment as a whole.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement: You have the ability to proactively identify potentials for process improvement and automation. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and take ownership of the project or issue at hand until the implementation is completed.
What you bring
- Background: You should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Manager or Administrator in a demanding professional setting, such as a dynamic start-up or a consulting role.
- Skillset & Qualifications: You enjoy taking responsibility in an exciting market environment with high growth potential. You have shown in your previous positions that you are able to implement demanding tasks in a reasonable time and with the desired result. You enjoy stakeholder management and the structuring and prioritization of various work packages. Ideally, you have already worked with Salesforce components, such as Salesforce Communities, Visual Flows or similar. You are able to independently manage small to medium-sized projects or implementations. In all your tasks, you are able to intuitively decide when the fast, pragmatic way is preferable to the large, complex solution. You have very good English skills.
- Mindset: Your communication skills are shown in dealing with different target groups.
What we offer
- Diversity: Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our colorful team of international talents from day one.
- Flexibility: We don’t make your life complicated. You will find the right balance in flexible working models, working hours and mobile working arrangements. 28 days of vacation and 2 additional days off on December 24 and 31 also provide you with relaxed time off.
- Appreciation: You will shape the future of digital wealth management with us in an innovative, multi-award-winning company on a growth path, with high market relevance and plenty of room for your ideas.
- Development: We support your personal and professional growth with an annual development budget of €1,500. Additionally, at the beginning of your tenure at LIQID, you will receive high-quality equipment, including a MacBook, headphones, and a display.
- Smart Money: As a LIQIDian you will receive attractive conditions for our investment strategies, a monthly lunch allowance and exclusive discounts with various providers.
- Well-being: Regional organic products keep you fit on site at the office at Ku’damm - and our health initiatives such as beach volleyball, the Soccer Startup League or our Health Assistance Program keep you fit far beyond.
What happens next
An excellent candidate experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The various application phases help us understand what a collaboration might look like.
- Brief introductory phone call with one of our recruiters to clarify basic information.
- Initial video interview with a senior member of the Salesforce Administration team to assess the alignment of your experience and expectations with our requirements.
- Case study analysis: You will be given a typical problem scenario related to your role and asked to demonstrate how you would approach and solve it.
- On-site discussion: This step involves presenting your case study findings to potential leaders, peers, and stakeholders. It is an opportunity for further discussion and addressing any remaining questions.
