We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join us to lead on the continuous roll out of the Salesforce Platform as well as the implementation of the financial element to our system. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to Join Dinardo Care & Supports Ltd, a leading Supported Housing provider committed to enhancing the lives of residents with diverse mental health needs across South London, including Catford, Lewisham, Peckham, Norwood, and Croydon.
We seek a proactive individual to play a pivotal role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a sound comprehension of the Salesforce platform capable of understanding our current utilisation of InForm (Homeless Link) and how this aligns to the industry standard and how we can enhance its current usage within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, training, supporting operational priorities, including ensuring compliance, system development This will also involve the pinpointing areas of improvement and integrating a financial module that encompasses rents and finance.

Responsibilities:

Customised System Development: Consolidate the InForm System for Dinardo Supports to offer a bespoke package tailored to our residents’ individual support needs and our organisational requirements.
System Solutions Expertise: Leverage your experience within the housing, homelessness /support sector to lead in the implementation of the new system - engaging with existing and new team members to understand the capability of the system and use it to its capacity.
Team Training and Support: Devise practical training and user guides for stakeholders, demonstrating how this benefits our residents and their journey.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with In-Form Technical Leads to develop best practices and maintain high-quality system output and functionality.
Stakeholder Management: Working with internal users and stakeholders to increase engagement and learning of the system. Overcoming resistance of using the system and demonstrating the benefits to our users and ultimately to our residents.
User-Friendly Reporting: Deliver technical and user-friendly reports to stakeholders, effectively communicating updates and changes to the system.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, custom workflows, and processes for ongoing system enhancement.
User Training: Plan and implement user training for new functionalities, upgrades, and changes.
