Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of Salesforce Administrator reports into the Platforms Manager and is to ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All aspects of user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, etc
  • User support tickets – troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  • Identify, gather, and clarify requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, app building, AppExchange product management, dashboards, and reports.
  • Salesforce data migration and transformation using data loader.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date.
  • Environment and deployment management tasks.
  • Implementation partner engagement and support.
  • Monitoring user adoption and supporting improvement champions.
  • User training and creating training materials.
  • Communications and collaborations across other business teams.
