JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the existing Salesforce application, including enhancing, troubleshooting, and reviewing functionalities.
• Generate business reports and develop new reports as needed.
• Coordinate with external Salesforce vendors for all related requirements.
• Supervise and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to retail outlets, addressing computer and software issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address IT needs and requirements, ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
• Generate business reports using Salesforce and NOVA POS systems, presenting relevant data and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and suggest relevant solutions to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements for optimal performance.
• Manage data security and backup systems to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
• Assist other departments in setting up and maintaining domains and websites.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, imparting essential guidance and knowledge for efficient technology usage.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, manage contracts/subscriptions, and maintain the optimal performance of IT systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, proposing and implementing best practices to enhance IT operations.
