We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the SouthEast region.
This role combines business analysis, Salesforce administrator tasks, and sales support/operations:
As Salesforce support for sellers, they will monitor a Slack channel and answer questions that will assist Sales teams in performing their job duties related to Salesforce. This role will be based in EMEA to be online when the primary office located on the West Coast US is not, assisting with tactical questions that impede sellers from performing their duties. Must learn about the company’s revenue operations process initially to perform successfully in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to gain insight into their business needs and recommend solutions to optimize their Salesforce implementation.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance Salesforce performance, including but not limited to updating reporting, dashboards, data model, security settings and automations.
  • Collaborate with the development team, including QA Engineers, Developers and Product Owners, on requirements and deliverables
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to ensure clients derive maximum benefit from their implementation.
  • Schedule and lead requirement clarification sessions with the clients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Consulting or Product Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English (B2/C1 level)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adept at task prioritization within a fast-paced environment.
