Lead the ongoing development and adoption of Salesforce at Redwood Credit Union. Successful candidate has a record of success in implementing Salesforce processes and fostering Salesforce adoption. Working closely with business leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes on the Salesforce platform, this role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work with team members to define and document development requirements.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with outside vendors.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and late nights when needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time occasionally.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field with a minimum of five years of experience in programming or IT, to include a minimum of two years as a Salesforce Administrator.
Compensation: Base starting range: $48.00 to $64.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
