DESCRIPTION
Sprout Social is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator for the Business Systems team in Corporate IT. This individual will be joining a group of high-performing Salesforce admins and engineers while becoming our go-to resource for Salesforce-related questions and enhancements for our International teams. This role will work with teams across the organization to ensure our Salesforce platform is configured, managed, and running efficiently. You will be a dedicated partner for our Sales and Success teams with a focus on scalability and collaboration with the larger Corporate IT team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, building custom solutions using Salesforce’s declarative tools, resolving day-to-day production incidents, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. These are the minimum qualifications that our hiring team is looking for in this role:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- 1-2 years of CPQ specific experience
- 1 year working with Salesforce DX
- Proficiency with Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:
- Salesforce CPQ Certification
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create user accounts, maintain our sales databases, build custom solutions using Salesforce’s declarative tools, resolve day-to-day production incidents, and train staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
- Continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and contribute to the product road map.
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
- Participate in all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
- Be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.
