Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate is a confident self starter who is very detail oriented and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator with day-to-day Salesforce support, long-term projects and Org Maintenance.
- Must have a broad knowledge of customizing Salesforce, configuring the platform, managing users, and the available features, functions, and capabilities.
- Solid verifiable work history.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understanding Apex, Visualforce, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and popular Web UI frameworks is preferred.
- Super Badges in Process Automation Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist and App Customization Specialist preferred

Responsibilities:
- Work in Live or Sandbox environments using Custom Objects and Flow.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand requirements and find solutions.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce release features and provide insights on how they can be beneficial to the business. Research add-on apps and provide recommendations based on use cases.
- Perform hands-on work related to sandbox management, release management and overall platform health.
- Recommend and implement short term or long-term workarounds to system and/or business processes.
- Build and manage Dashboards and Reports as needed.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate, and track problems appropriately.
- Answer and solve user support cases.
- Provide User Training for new Processes and Modules.
