SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, WEB DEVELOPER AND E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator and E-commerce Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems, website development, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and customize Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Configure user permissions, security settings, workflows, and automation.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
  • Handle data migration, integration, and maintenance tasks within Salesforce.
  • Implement and configure CPQ solutions within Salesforce to streamline quoting processes.
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, discounting, and quoting rules are implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CPQ functionality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop and maintain the organization’s website.
  • Utilize web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) to create and update web content.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.
  • Oversee the organization’s e-commerce platform and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and inventory within the e-commerce system.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and implement strategies to drive online sales growth
