We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.

• Driving the overall evolution of Kapsch’s Salesforce global instance, in collaboration with the business owner
• Structure and manage the technical design process of new required business needs
• Control the monthly new feature release cycle
• Overseeing requirement capture, prioritization, testing, communications and deployment
• Own the application support model and its success, including system support, monitoring and user performance
• Being an active member of the application support team
• Making sure that the solution is correctly documented
• Prime the commercial relationship with the Salesforce SaaS company, including license management and renewals
