Our Engineering team is made up of full stack developers, software engineers and data engineers. We all have one thing in common: we love finding solutions to complex problems. We develop new features for our patient-facing app or our internal web application.
To support our growing business, we are looking for a Salesforce Architect, based in Poland.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As our Salesforce Architect, you play a critical role at Oviva. Your focus is on optimising and advancing our Salesforce platform, a key element in our global operations. With responsibilities spanning architectural and delivery domains, you will work closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and product managers.
Your key tasks include leading solution design discussions, crafting specifications based on stakeholder requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, validating proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning the platform with the broader organisational interests and strategic goals. In essence, your role is central to shaping the trajectory of our Salesforce implementation to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with product managers and business teams such as operations to identify and prioritise ways of working,, features, and requirements that can be efficiently implemented via the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design and implement Salesforce interfaces, automations, applications, and integrations, aligned with organisational goals and user requirements.
- Actively participate in regular planning meetings and daily stand-ups, identifying and confirming technical design risks while formulating effective mitigation strategies.
- Promote integration with third-party solutions when available and appropriate, communicating the need for such integrations accordingly.
- Collaborate with other Salesforce engineers to define standards, conventions, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce products. Foster a high level of reliability and performance by ensuring that non-functional requirements such as automated tests, monitoring, and scalability are included in solution designs.
- Ensure and evolve the information security of Salesforce implementations, addressing potential risks, and enhancing the efficiency of business stakeholders.
