Description:
- Looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large scale project team for a leading Government client
- An initial 6 month day rate contract up to $900 + Superannuation with the outlook to extend, located in Sydney with WFH flexibility
- Ideal background of at least 5+ years of experience on complex and large scale Salesforce projects as well as any relevant Salesforce Certifications
Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading Government client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Salesforce enhancements and implementations, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and a strategic mindset to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for Salesforce enhancements and implementations.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end users.
- Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred.
