Description:

Are you an experienced business analyst with a flair for Salesforce? And do you want to make an impact in people’s lives and their health? Then this is your opportunity to join a fast-changing medical tech company on a strategic Salesforce journey and put all your knowledge and experience to good use.
As one of our new Salesforce Business Analysts you are the link between the business and the technical teams working on the Salesforce platform. You will aid the product owner with business insights securing fruitful development projects from idea to implementation – always in the customer’s best interest.
You will also help the Salesforce Success Manager get an overview of relevant backlog items and help with business implementation efforts incl. webinars and training in new and existing processes.
The team you will be part of
At our global headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark, you will work in a hybrid work environment with the ability to have flexible hours working from home.
You will report to the Head of Salesforce in our Commercial Digital Center of Excellence, part of our global Digital Marketing and Customer Solution.
Collaboration is key to be successful in your new role. You should expect to spend time on gathering requirements from and sharing ideas with Senior and Executive staff members from the commercial teams. To execute on the development, you will join a small Scrum team with team members in Denmark and Poland
Our Salesforce team is characterized by being dedicated, proactive and collaborative with a passion for excellence and having fun. The team is currently expanding with additional roles, due to internal service demands.
We are embarking on a strategic Salesforce journey, and you will have the ability to influence the product from a very early stage. We have Service and Sales Cloud implemented and are in the process of implementing Order Management, e-commerce, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Author and maintain the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities
  • Serve as a key resource to the development team to answer business questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation
  • Assess critical issues on existing processes, perform improvements to existing capabilities, and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned parties
  • Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders to ensure the right business engagement in the development of Salesforce functionality
  • Make sure that development projects are user-centric by applying appropriate tools such as The Double Diamond and Value Proposition Canvas
  • Have a laser-sharp focus on the usability and effectiveness of Salesforce with the perspective of the different types of users on the platform
  • Help write user acceptance tests, perform tests, and approve newly developed features and solutions by working alongside the Product Owner
  • Help create learning material and conduct training and webinars about new functionality

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Some years of experience from a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable (especially Sales- and Service Cloud). Other CRM experience is also relevant
  • Excellent collaboration abilities and you can listen and challenge in a constructive way
  • Experience working Agile – where especially experience with the SAFe framework will be a clear advantage
  • Well-developed communication and presentation abilities with fluency in English

To be successful in your new role, you need to understand the business and how Salesforce can accommodate Hearing’s business processes in the best way possible.
We encourage you to apply
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we will gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value a mindset, motivation, and energy, that aligns with our core values, to not only ensure success for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.
We are dedicated to an inclusive recruitment process and all applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.
